Amir M. Farhi, Founder & Chairman

Drawing on his extensive experience helping clients achieve business objectives through successful IT implementations, Amir Farhi founded TreeTop Technologies in 1996. He has earned praise from numerous clients for effectively leading the development of cutting edge systems critical for building advanced integration solutions. Amir is deeply committed to a collaborative work style that embraces both client and consultant relationships. "TreeTop" is the English translation of the Hebrew word "Amir".

Before founding TreeTop Technologies, Amir was a Senior Consultant with John Bryce (Systems) LTD (today Oracle Israel), helping companies implement complex IT systems. Prior to that, he served as an IT Manager in the Israeli Air Force. Amir holds a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University.

Alan N. Stevenson, Jr., Managing Director

Alan has embraced TreeTop's mission to help job seekers and corporate managers meet each others' most challenging objectives by bringing fresh perspective and an energetic approach to IT staffing. After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics, he spent some time managing restaurants, where he began to understand the importance and value of building strong relationships and personal connections. He soon decided to put his interpersonal skills to work and entered the field of IT staffing as a recruiter for TreeTop Technologies. It was not long before his great success in this position earned him a promotion to Sr. Staffing Consultant, where he was responsible for the entire recruiting process and team for TreeTop.

Alan's passion for and dedication to his work and his adaptability in one of history's most challenging economic times has proved to be both beneficial and complimentary to the continued success of TreeTop and has earned him his current position as Managing Director. Alan takes great pride in his ability to develop and cultivate strong lasting relationships with coworkers, candidates, and clients alike and is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of all that cross paths with TreeTop Technologies. As a former D-I college hockey player, Alan continues to practice an active lifestyle and is an avid hiker and yoga enthusiast.

Hafiz K. Greigre, Human Hub

In the technological world, a hub is defined as a common connection point for devices in a network. As a "Human Hub", Hafiz exemplifies this notion in regards to the world we live in. Although responsible for sales, Hafiz's approach and style set him apart as a sales professional, as he understands the meaning of developing and nurturing strong, mutually beneficial and lasting relationships. After graduating from Bryant University with a B.A. in Management, Hafiz started his professional career as a recruiter in the finance and accounting world. While inherent in his nature, it was the time spent connecting with so many people which allowed him to hone the necessary skills to become a networking guru.

With his personality and perseverance, coupled with his newly polished skills, it was only natural that he sought a role in the realm of sales. Upon joining the TreeTop Technologies team, it was evident that Hafiz was not the traditional sales professional; he exhibited a much more personal approach that the title Account Manager simply could not cover - as Hafiz truly is a valuable connection to many. His endeavors and success at work are also directly tied to his athletic aspirations, as he is currently in training for the 2012 Olympics (Track & Field).
